Since 2019, the majority shareholder of the entities making up the Farmavet Group has been CEE Equity Partners and Eastern Europe Investment Co-operation Fund II investment fund. This manages two CEE funds with committed investment of more than USD 1.2 billion. The funds have been established to capitalise on investment opportunities in the region. The objective is to identify and work with dynamic companies and contribute together to the growth of economies in this part of Europe.

As part of the investment of the CEE Equity Partners and Eastern Europe Investment Co-operation Fund II, the Farmavet Group has the opportunity of accessing significant resources for development. In addition to the capital needed to increase the capabilities and competences, the group has access to business know-how, marketing and sales.
